This is a new unit with very slight blemishes as shown in the pictures.  It is fully functional and comes with all factory accessories.

Every drawer features the highest-quality ball bearing full extension drawer slides that support up to 265 pounds per set - or 530 pounds for drawers with double slides - even more than Snap-On’s Masters Series. An adjustable-force drawer latch system lets you dial-in just the right amount of force to keep drawers from opening when they should be closed. And heavy-duty nonslip drawer liners will keep your tools in place...right where you put them.
 
ICON™ storage features an integrated power system. The power charging drawer has two fast-charging USBs and six 110v outlets.  The deep power tool drawer includes six adjustable height holsters for easy access to air and power tools. Interior and exterior electrical outlets and USB ports give you easy access to power when and where you need it.
